FULL MOON GATHERINGS – Join us on the shores of Georgian Bay under a full moon for an unforgettable evening of connection, creativity, and reflection. As we settle by the water, you’ll be introduced to the ancient wisdom of the Turtle—nature’s original timekeeper and keeper of nature’s original calendar.

You’ll shape your own clay turtle, a personal symbol of your bond with nature’s rhythm and the quiet guidance it offers. We’ll explore your unique Birth Moon and how the season, land, and lunar phase you were born under can reflect powerful aspects of your essence.

Together, we’ll step into a grounding, element-based ritual that reconnects us with the natural world—inviting calm, clarity, and a deep sense of renewal. The evening closes with walking the labyrinth, a meditative path for infusing insight and peace of mind.

SUMMER SOLSTICE: Night Glow Kayaking & Crystal Singing Bowls

Join us for an unforgettable evening of connection, reflection, and renewal as we celebrate the Summer Solstice under the full moon’s light. This special night begins with the soothing tones of crystal singing bowls—perfect for settling into a place of relaxation and mindfulness allowing the stresses of the day to melt away as we engage in land-based teachings and rituals that guide us into a state of calm.

Next, we’ll take to the water for a truly unique experience—bottom-lit kayaking under the full solstice moon. Each kayak will have a glowing light beneath it, changing colors as you glide quietly across the water, illuminating the bay’s depths and casting a serene glow around you. It’s a chance to soak in the beauty and tranquility of the moment while being immersed in the magic of nature.

Looking for something more engaging than your average workshop? The Botanical Bliss Retreat invites you to explore the world of plant-based remedies in a hands-on, laughter-filled afternoon. You’ll dive into the scents, stories, and healing properties of over 20 essential oils—learning how nature’s pharmacy can support your body, mind, and everyday well-being.

But this isn’t a sit-and-listen kind of session. You’ll mix, blend, and create your own custom roll-ons and botanical remedies based on what speaks to you most. It’s part education, part creativity, and all about connection—both with each other and the natural world.

This guided retreat is more than just a scenic hike—it’s a purposeful journey into stillness, reflection, and reconnection. As we move through quiet forest trails, you’ll discover a place where the noise of everyday life softens and something more meaningful begins to emerge.

Throughout the day, we’ll work with Shut Up and Listen: A No BS Guide to Unlocking Nature’s Wisdom—my honest, practical, and sometimes funny guide to seeing life through nature’s lens. Each participant receives a copy of the book as part of this experience. With space for writing, bold questions for self-inquiry, and nature-inspired metaphors, it becomes your companion for insight and discovery.

Through a blend of land-based teachings, guided exercises, and personal journaling, you’ll uncover fresh perspectives and a renewed connection to yourself and the world around you.

Expect to leave feeling grounded, clear, and recharged—with a book full of thoughts worth returning to, and a sense of calm that lingers long after the day is done.

FOREST TO SHORE Retreat Day – Get ready for an unforgettable journey through nature’s wild beauty! We’ll kick off with a guided trek along the Nottawasaga Keyhole trail were towering trees and moss-covered boulders whisper ancient wisdom. Along the way, we’ll uncover the hidden messages of the plant and animal world, bringing rich symbolism to life. You’ll take part in a grounding ritual with Palo Santo, a fragrant wood traditionally burned to clear space and center the mind—inviting calm, clarity, and a deeper connection to the land. Then, step into the world of Animal Totems and discover your Birth Totem—offering fresh insight and inspiration. Next, we’ll savor a cliffside picnic with a breathtaking panorama of the Niagara Escarpment before setting out on a serene kayak journey down the Beaver River, gliding through still waters and feeling the pulse of the wilderness all around you.
